These experiences have provided Michelle an extensive knowledge base that allows her to be an opportunity focused and solutions driven consultant for her clients, educator for her students, and advocate for her community. Her professional roles include: educator, operations manager, program coordinator, consultant (small business, city and county government), business owner, non-profit executive director, corporate trainer, and business coach. An accomplished trainer, Michelle has taught thousands of budding entrepreneurs and students her lessons about entrepreneurship and personal development. Michelle is a founding member of the Next Generation of African American Philanthropists Giving Circle in the Triangle, NC and a founding supporter of Circle de Luz in Charlotte, NC. Both are collective giving models that successfully connected individual networks to create strategic and intentional giving through treasure, time, talent, and testimony.
