YM4C Diversion Program is a social and interpersonal skills building program focused on developing the skills required for juveniles to interact in a positive way with others. The program utilizes evidence-based and supported curricula to facilitate small group experiential educational lessons focused on engaging juveniles in life skills activities that improve and develop their critical thinking and decision-making skills.
